I was looking for a last-minute grooming appointment for a dog we had just taken in over the weekend. I called the first place Google suggested- and I’m so glad I did! Brittany took amazing care of my new pup and completely transformed him (in the best way possible). I’m new to the dog grooming world, but it was clear that Brittany was honest and never tried to upsell me. Lucky Dog is about 30 minutes away from my home, but I’ll gladly make the drive to see her again.

These guys are the BEST!  Highly recommended - friendly service and always accommodating.

This was our very first experience with this company. Some may call it expensive but I call it “whatever it takes to get our two pups taken care of”.  And let me say it was money well spent.  They were in constant contact with me all the way up to appointment time. Terry showed up, came in the garage and met these two.  Charlie our 42 pound Goldendoodle and Lily our 12 pound Yorkie-Poo.

These two looked like they had known Terrance for years!!   Both of them wanted hugs and kisses right away.  It was then I knew that we’d made the right decision.  Everything he did was spot on and exactly like we wanted it.  We will be back without a doubt.

I have a 13 year old Jack Russel mix that has been going to see Alyssa (owner) pretty much all of her life. There is a reason: Lucky Dog is incredible. I drive 40 minutes to get my dogs groomed by them. You can be confident trusting them with your dog.

Lucky Dog groomed our Faith since she was a puppy until she unexpectedly passed away at 8 years old.. I notified Lucky Dog by email and they responded back with a heartfelt reply. They always groomed Faith to perfection and to know they cared about her passing was so comforting. We are happy to be part of the Lucky Dog family.

I have been using Lucky Dog since they opened in Mt. Laurel and I can honestly say these people are family!!! They love our animals as if they were their own and will go over and beyond for them. When I lost my best friend they mourned right along with me as if Lexi was one of theirs. You can not find better people and/or groomers in the Birmingham area!

Lucky Dog is the BEST. Not only do they go above and beyond with their grooming techniques but also truly care about and love our dogs! Our dog Honey LOVES to go to Lucky Dog. This past spring, we lost our older dog, Teddy, to a genetic disease that caused him to lose his ability to walk. We will never forget the compassion shown by the Lucky Dog staff to help us get him bathed despite his lack of mobility and huge size, not to mention their sympathy for us after his death. Thanks Alyssa, Magan, and Teddy’s favorite caretaker, Roxanne, for being excellent, kind, professional, and full of integrity.

We drove from Livingston Texas to visit our daughter. We have used Lucky Dog Grooming twice and we were more than pleased with the grooming and the technician. I would highly recommend Lucky Dog to anyone who needed excellent care for your pet. It was worth the drive!
